During my time at Citrix, I have worked on a large variety of products and projects. I have acted as the lead researcher for the GoToAssist product line and for Support and Care. I have created research strategies and innovation plans for fledgling apps and ideas, and conducted concept testing and usability for those innovation products as they developed. I have also led deep ethnographic research for several product lines.
I currently work as a sole researcher, meaning that I create, pitch, and then execute research strategies for product lines. In the past, I worked on an internal research consultancy team that worked closely together to look at end-to-end experiences across product lines.
